MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering released the list of top performing schools and performance of schools in the December 2025 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer licensure exam (ABELE) on December 11, 2025, three (3) working days after the exam.
PRC administered the licensure exam on December 4 and 5, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.

Previous Examinations
In the December 2024 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer Licensure Exam (ABELE), the University of the Philippines – Los Baños (UPLB) emerged as the top-performing school with a 95.24% passing rate, as 80 out of 84 examinees passed. Isabela State University – Echague followed in second place with an 85.94% passing rate, with 55 out of 64 passers.
For the September 2023 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering board exam, Central Bicol State University of Agriculture – Pili led the top-performing schools with a perfect 100% passing rate, with all 10 of its examinees successfully passing. UPLB secured second place with a 92.86% passing rate, or 39 passers out of 42 examinees.
In the September 2022 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer board exam, UPLB once again topped the list of performing schools with a 100% passing rate, producing 31 passers out of 31 examinees. Central Bicol State University of Agriculture – Pili ranked second with a 90% passing rate, with 18 of its 20 examinees passing the exam.
