MANILA, Philippines – The complete results of the December 2025 Aeronautical Engineering Licensure Exam (AELE), including the list of topnotchers or top 10 passers, are released on December 10, 2025 (Wednesday), immediately after the last day of examinations.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the Aeronautical Engineer Computer-based Licensure Exam in Manila, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga and Rosales on December 8, 9, and 10, 2025.

Previous Examinations
In the December 2024 Aeronautical Engineers Licensure Examination, Ven Xamuel Domaoan Flores of the Philippine State College of Aeronautics (PhilSCA) – Pasay secured the top spot with a rating of 93.20%. Airro King Tatac Robles of PATTS College of Aeronautics followed closely in second place with 93.10%.
For the December 2023 edition, Samad Tongco Sultan of FEATI University led the passers with a score of 92.05%. He was followed by John David Tan Lee of PhilSCA – Pasay, who earned a rating of 90.55% to claim the second spot.
In the December 2022 Aeronautical Engineer Licensure Examination, Jewel Christian Palma Puse of PhilSCA – Pasay topped the board with 91.10%. Fellow PhilSCA – Pasay examinee Allan Gabriel Reyes Hesita secured second place with a rating of 90.50%.
