MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that the nationwide conduct of the November 2025 Agriculturists Licensure Examination (ALE) has been rescheduled to a later date as a precautionary measure amid the anticipated severe weather conditions.

PRC reschedules November 2025 ALE Agriculturists Licensure Exam

The ALE, originally set for November 10, 11, and 12, 2025, will now be administered on November 19, 20, and 21, 2025.

PRC explained that the decision was made following weather advisories forecasting the onslaught and potential widespread impacts of the approaching Super Typhoon “Uwan.”

According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), Super Typhoon Uwan is expected to make landfall in Northern or Central Luzon by Monday, November 10.

PAGASA added that, under the current forecast scenario, affected regions may experience destructive winds that warrant the issuance of the highest possible alert level, including Wind Signal No. 5.

The PRC emphasized that the safety of examinees, examination personnel, and all individuals involved in the administration of the licensure exams remains its top priority.

The rescheduled ALE will still be held in previously designated testing centers nationwide, including NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

PRC advised examinees to closely monitor official announcements through the PRC website and social media accounts for further updates related to the rescheduled examination.

For inquiries and specific concerns, examinees are encouraged to contact the PRC Regional Offices, with complete contact details accessible through this link: https://www.prc.gov.ph/regional-offices-contact-information.
