MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) officially released the results of the October 2025 Veterinarians Computer-Based Licensure Examination, including the list of top performing schools and performance of schools, immediately after the exams.
Central Mindanao University (CMU) recorded a 90.68% passing rate, with 107 out of 118 examinees passing among schools with 100 or more candidates.
Meanwhile, the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) achieved a 94.38% passing rate, with 84 out of 89 examinees passing among institutions with 50 to 99 candidates.
PRC conducted the Veterinarian licensure exam (VLE) in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, and Tuguegarao on October 27, 28 and 29, 2025.

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the October 2024 Veterinarian Licensure Examination (VLE), the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) emerged as the lone top performing school, achieving an impressive 81.20% passing rate, with 95 out of 117 examinees passing the exam.
Meanwhile, in both the March and October 2023 VLE, no school qualified for inclusion in the top performing list.
Over the years, UPLB has consistently maintained its reputation as a top performing institution in the Veterinarian Licensure Examination, both before and after the pandemic.
