According to state weather bureau PAGASA's 4:00 PM update on Sunday, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) is affecting Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Western Visayas, Negros Island Region, and Camarines Norte.
Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms are expected, which may bring flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rainfall.
At 3:00 PM today, the LPA was spotted at 115 km North of Coron, Palawan.
