MANILA, Philippines – The complete results of September 2025 Geodetic Engineer Computer-based Licensure Exam, including list of topnotchers or top 10 passers, are released online by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, immediately after the exams.
Miguel Bongon Rasco of FEATI University led the board exam with a rating of 89.00%, followed by Niron James Famador Abas of the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) – Davao City, who placed second with 88.80%.
The PRC conducted the licensure exam in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, and Tuguegarao on September 29 and 30, 2025.

Previous Examinations
In the October 2024 Geodetic Engineers Licensure Exams, the top rank was shared by Hannah Mae Rudio Guimbongan of Nueva Vizcaya State University - Bayombong and Vincent Ray Tojong Pascua of the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP)-Davao City, both earning 87.60%. Close behind were Josephine Niña Daipan Balilahon of USeP-Davao City and Adrian Philip Alarcio Campos of Saint Louis University, who tied for second place with 87.40%.
A year earlier, in the October 2023 board exams, Joshua Carl Mari Jocoy Fajardo of USeP-Davao City secured the highest spot with a rating of 89.60%, while Gennie Marie Ceruela Geñoso of the University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman followed in second place with 89.40%.
For the October 2022 examinations, Ronald Estrada Diaz Jr. of USeP-Davao City emerged as the topnotcher, scoring 92.40%. Second place went to Paul Henry Torrigue Camacho of UP-Diliman, who obtained 91.00%.
Meanwhile, in the special March 2022 exams held in Cebu after the postponement, Hannah Mae Ponce Gomez of Negros Oriental State University - Dumaguete stood out as the lone topnotcher with 90.20%.
