MANILA, Philippines – ONErpm, a global music company, is celebrating its 15th anniversary by expanding into the Philippines to empower more artists.
The company provides distribution, label services, catalogue deals, joint ventures, and tailored marketing strategies.
Associate Director for Asia Isaac Miranda said their goal is to “meet artists where they are and build locally with global standards.”
Entirely self-funded, ONErpm is one of YouTube’s top five global music partners, generating over 25 billion monthly views.
With success across Asia and Africa, the Philippines will now serve as a strategic hub for Southeast Asia.
Strengthening local presence with a new team
To lead locally, ONErpm has formed a team of professionals with strong industry backgrounds.
Clark Cunanan, Senior Business Development Manager, previously worked at The Orchard Philippines and Universal Music Group, while also performing as a touring musician and teaching at MINT College.
Alyssa “Pebs” Pe Benito, Marketing Manager, built her career from the indie scene to major labels, leading viral campaigns and artist growth strategies.
Presh Ong, Business Development and A&R Representative, known as “DJ Alice” from Wish 107.5, brings over a decade of artist relations and recent success with Radical Music.
Louie Tamon, Project Manager, gained experience at Wish 107.5 and KDR Music House, and now supports onboarding, distribution, and pitching to streaming platforms.
A Record Label of the Future
Miranda emphasized that the Philippines has a rich talent pool and global export potential for music.
By combining global reach with local execution, ONErpm aims to redefine the record label model and shape Southeast Asia’s music future.
