REE BOARD EXAM RESULTS – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the August 2025 Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) board exam is available here, as released on Thursday, August 28, 2025, within four (4) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the highest placers of August 18 and 19, 2025 electrical engineer board exam, which was conducted in various testing centers nationwide: Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the April 2025 Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam (REELE), Kimberly Rose Dalay Capiral from Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)-Sto. Tomas aced the board with 93.00%. Mustafa Ali from Rizal Technological University (RTU) ranked second with 92.85%.
In the August 2024 Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination, Christopher Regino Brodith Maranga from Cebu Institute of Technology-University (CIT-U) topped the board with 93.20%. Tomas Cabauatan Casauay Jr. from Cagayan State University - Tuguegarao came in second spot with 92.60%.
In the April 2024 Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination, Raymond Omboy Geoman from CIT-U aced the board with 95.00%. Mark Angelo Alba Oppus from PUP-Main Sta. Mesa ranked second with 94.40%.
In the September 2023 Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam, Timothy Regienald Rongavilla Zepeda from University of the Philippines - Los Baños (UPLB) led the passers with 90.95%. Prince Ian Francisco Cruz from Technological University of the Philippines (TUP)-Manila ranked second with 90.65%.
