MANILA, Philippines – Several local government units (LGUs) have suspended classes for Thursday, July 10, 2025, due to continuous rains and safety precautions.
According to state weather bureau PAGASA's 4:00 AM update on Thursday, the Southwest Monsoon (habagat) is affecting the country. It may cause flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
This list will be updated as soon as local or national authorities make their advisories.
METRO MANILA
- Marikina City – all levels, public and private
CALABARZON
Quezon
- Patnanungan – all levels, public and private; until July 11
Rizal
- Rodriguez – all levels, public and private
- San Mateo – all levels, public and private
