MANILA, Philippines – A beloved name in Philippine broadcasting is set to return. DWPM Radyo 630 will rebrand as DZMM Radyo Patrol 630, marking the comeback of a trusted voice in news and public service. The relaunch, announced by the Philippine Collective Media Corporation (PCMC), will take effect on May 29 at 8 PM.
This rebranding revives the legacy of DZMM, which went off the air in May 2020 following the ABS-CBN shutdown due to the non-renewal of its congressional franchise. For decades, DZMM was known for its comprehensive news coverage, public affairs programming, and its slogan: "Una sa Balita, Una sa Public Service."
In 2023, DWPM Radyo 630 emerged to fill the void, operated by PCMC. It offered news and public service content through the AM band and a digital counterpart, TeleRadyo Serbisyo, under Media Serbisyo Production Corporation.
Now, both platforms have officially reclaimed the DZMM brand, with DWPM becoming DZMM Radyo Patrol 630 and TeleRadyo Serbisyo rebranded as DZMM TeleRadyo.
Veteran broadcasters Noli De Castro, Charo Santos, Doris Bigornia, and Alvin Elchico are part of the station’s 24/7 programming lineup. The familiar voices and signature DZMM sound are once again available on 630 kHz AM in Metro Manila and nationwide via cable, satellite, and digital platforms.

Listeners can also stream content on DZMM’s official Facebook and YouTube pages, bringing trusted news and public service to Filipinos worldwide.
The comeback of DZMM is more than a name—it is the return of a public service legacy that has long been missed.
