LIVE RESULTS: Miss Universe 2024 full list of winners

MANILA, Philippines – The full list of winners in the Miss Universe 2024, the 73rd edition of the Miss Universe competition, was announced on Sunday, November 17 (Philippine time) during the grand coronation night at the Arena CDMX in Mexico City, Mexico.

A record-breaking 125 candidates competed for the most coveted title and the privilege of being the Miss Universe 2024.

Sheynnis Palacios of Nicaragua crowned Victoria Kjær Theilvig of Denmark as her successor at the end of the event. This was Denmark's first win in the pageant's history.

The Philippines' bet, Chelsea Manalo, the first Pinay of Afro-American descent to represent the country, finished in the Top 30.

Miss Universe 2024 format

For this year's edition, the Miss Universe Organization increased the semi-finalists to 30, marking the highest number of semifinalists in the history of the pageant.

The semi-finalists were determined in the preliminary competition held on November 14 (November 15 Manila time).

Meanwhile, four continental queens and one fan-vote winner will be announced, each automatically advancing to the semifinals.

Then, 12 out of 30 candidates will move on to compete at the evening gown portion.

Only five hopefuls will vie for the crown in the finals during the question and answer round.

Delegates also competed in the Voice For Change competition, where they shared their advocacies in the course of a three-minute video. Earlier, the 7 silver finalists and gold winners were revealed during the preliminary competition.

Miss Universe 2024 Coverage

Once again, ABS-CBN partners with Miss Universe to bring the most beautiful day in the universe to Filipinos. Watch the 73rd Miss Universe live on multiple ABS-CBN platforms including A2Z Channel 11, Kapamilya Channel, Metro Channel, and iWantTFC, on November 17, 2024 (Sunday) at 9 AM (PH time).

Same-day replays will be available at 8:30 PM on A2Z, Kapamilya Channel, Metro Channel and iWantTFC. Metro Channel will air more replays on November 18 at 7:30 PM and on 23 at 8:30 AM.

The pageant's finale will be hosted by American television host and actor Mario Lopez and Miss Universe 2012 Olivia Culpo. Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray and Zuri Hall will also serve as backstage correspondents for the third consecutive time.
