MANILA, Philippines – The November 2024 Civil Engineering board exam results, including the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools, are released online on December 4, 2024 or in three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
As announced, 6,835 out of 18,436 (37.07%) passed the exams.
The results of examination with respect to seven (7) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the second Civil Engineering licensure exam (CELE) this year on November 18 and 19, 2024 in the cities of Manila, Butuan, Cagayan De Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
Note that the CELE in Region 1 (Rosales) and Cordillera Administrative Region (Baguio) was postponed due to the onslaught of Super Typhoon "Pepito" (Man-yi).
On Monday, November 25, PRC announced new schedule of CELE in Baguio and Rosales. It will now be administered on November 30 and December 1, 2024.
Meanwhile, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Licensure Division told The Summit Express that the new target date of release of CELE results is on Wednesday, December 4, 2024.

Note: There's no such thing as uploading percentage of board exam results. Once available, it will be posted immediately on PRC official site (prc.gov.ph) or it will be released to media for publication of results.
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration:Starting December 23, 2024
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
Civil Engineer board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and enter the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
COVERAGE OF EXAMINATION
Civil Engineer board exams cover the following major subjects: mathematics, surveying and transportation engineering (35%), hydraulics and geotechnical engineering (30%) and structural engineering and construction (35%).
RELEASE OF RESULTS
With the update on the new schedule of the postponed board exam, PRC said they proposed for December 4, 2024 release of results to include the affected areas of Baguio and Rosales test centers.
PRC added that the new resolution for December 4, 2024 release of CELE results is already approved.
Originally, PRC intends to release results on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 or in five (5) working days after the exams. This is according to PRC Resolution No. 1891 series of 2024.
Note: We still advise takers to monitor for CELE updates between November 26 and December 4.
PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the April 2024 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE), PRC announced results in four (4) working days. A total of 6,680 out of 17,010 successfully passed the exams. Ryan Sylvester Sy Chan and Cedric Jerome Carlos Donguines, both from De La Salle University (DLSU) - Manila tied on highest spot with 94.30%.
In the November 2023 Civil Engineer board exams, PRC released results in five (5) working days. A total of 6,180 out of 18,582 passed the exams. Godfrey Queron Correa from Palawan State University - Puerto Princesa led the passers with 93.60%.
In the April 2023 Civil Engineer board exams, results were announced online after 4 working days. PRC named 5,887 out of 16,936 who passed the exams. Garret Wilkenson Ching Sia from DLSU - Manila and Alexis Castillo Alegado from Mariano Marcos State University - Batac topped the board with 92.10%.
In the November 2022 Civil Engineer board exams, PRC released result in six (6) working days. A total of 8,029 out of 20,407 passed the exams. Carl Jervin Rivera Magtira from University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) topped the board with 95.00%.
In the May 2022 CELE, PRC announced results in 5 working days. A total of 5,836 out of 13,781 passed the exams. Arianne Joyce Anselmo Dameg from UP-Diliman, Archigine Agleham Labrador from University of Saint Louis - Tuguegarao and Jameson Glen Chiu Lim from Xavier University tied on first spot with identical rating of 93.95%.
