PCSO E-Lotto: how to register, buy ticket online

The PCSO E-Lotto is the digital counterpart of the traditional lottery games that bettors used to carry out in physical outlets.

Aside from accessibility, it aims to generate and sustain the funds of PCSO for charitable activities while catering to the gaming product needs of people.

It can be recalled that PCSO revealed this plan in September 2020 or during the height of the pandemic.
