MANILA, Philippines – The Supreme Court released results of 2023 bar exam on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, as confirmed through a notice to candidates.

Out of 10,387 law graduates who completed the third digitalized and regionalized bar exams on September 17, 20, and 24, 2023, the full list of passers and topnotchers was announced by the highest court.

As announced, 3,812 out of 10,387 (36.77%) successfully passed the bar exams.

Ahead of the much-awaited release of bar results, SC Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC) announced details of the oathtaking and roll-signing to give the prospective successful examinees ample time to undertake the necessary preparations.

“Examinees and guests are encouraged to make the necessary logistical preparations,” the SC said.


DATE AND VENUE

Both the oathtaking and the roll-signing of the 2023 bar passers will be on December 22, 2023, Friday, at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

Gates shall open at 11:30 a.m. and close at 2:00 p.m. Latecomers will be barred entry.

The general flow of the Ceremonies is tabulated as follows:

FEES

As prerequisite to attendance in the Ceremonies, Successful Bar Examinees (SBEs) must timely comply with clearance procedures and pay the Admission and Certification Fee of Php 5,190.00.

SC announced further details of the clearance procedure on December 4.

Passers are required to obtain a clearance from the Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC) subject to identity and records verification prior to the oathtaking and signing of the roll of attorneys.
