MANILA, Philippines – The number of examinees for the March 26, 2023 civil service exam or Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) more than doubled to 403,567 compared to 147,877 registrants of the August 2022 exams, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) announced.

A total of 350,645 individuals or 86.89% of the total number of examinees will take the CSE-PPT for Professional level, while 52,922 or 13.11% are expected to take the Subprofessional test, in 94 testing centers nationwide.
