MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced the performance of schools in the October 2021 Certified Public Accountant licensure exam (CPALE), with results released in five (5) working days after the last day of exam.
PRC conducted the first CPA board exam during the COVID-19 pandemic in the cities of Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on October 10, 11 and 12.
The Accountancy board exam in Manila was postponed and rescheduled to December 16, 17, and 18, 2021 due to COVID-19 restrictions.

In the October 2019 CPA board exams, University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman was the lone top performing school with 84.21% or 64 out of 76 passed.
In the May 2019 CPALE, De La Salle University (DLSU) - Manila was the lone top school with 84.72% or 61 out of 72 successfully hurdled the tests.
In the October 2019 exams, UP- Diliman led the schools with 94.52% or 69 out of 73 passed. DLSU - Manila came in second spot with 86.84% or 66 out of 76 passed.
