In the video, other riders and a female passerby tried to console Zania but she was still emotional over the loss of her bike. Netizens who also saw the video sympathized with Zania as the bike was important to her livelihood.

Lucky for Zania, good samaritans also saw the video and gave her gifts, including a new bike as replacement. She thanked those who helped her and even gave her rice and cash.

According to Matt Rey, one of the generous sponsors of the new bike, the rider was deserving of the gifts because she has also been a blessing to others. Zania joins a bike community composed of delivery riders that conducts charitable initiatives. When Taal Volcano erupted, they used their own money to donate and deliver food packs to those in need.

Matt Rey encouraged others to help and give back.
