MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) announced Wednesday the rescheduling of February 2021 Mechanical Engineers (ME) and Certified Plant Mechanics (CPM) board exams.
PRC said that the February 27-28, 2021 Licensure Examinations for ME and CPM have been rescheduled to August 15-16, 2021 citing "unpredictable circumstances and continued restrictions brought by the extended community quarantines."
The agency considers the "health and safety of all examinees and examination personnel" amid the prevailing threat of COVID-19.
The examination will be administered in NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban and Zamboanga.
PRC in November last year released the schedule of board examinations for 2021 under PRC Resolution No. 1283 Series of 2020.
