Heart, Cydel, Isang, Kendra named 'Voice Teens' Season 2 Grand Winners

MANILA, Philippines – Four artists have been named grand champions of the second season of "The Voice Teens" on Sunday.

Due to production limitations brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, ABS-CBN decided to declare the team winners as the ultimate champions.

Team winners include Heart Salvador (Team Bamboo Mañalac), Cydel Gabutero (Team Lea Salonga), Isang Manlapaz (Team apl.de.ap) and Kendra Aguirre (Team Sarah Geronimo).

Each of the team winner will receive P500,000 and house and lot from Lessandra.

Due to the pandemic, The Voice Teens was pushed to shorten the season, deviating from the original format. The Top 12 artists advanced to the grand finals, removing the semi-finals round.

The winner of each team was determined by the four coaches themselves since there are no interactive viewer voting component and the show is prerecorded.

The score given by their own coach is equivalent to 50% of their final score, with the other 50% being an average of the scores each of them got from the other remaining coaches.

The four young artists succeeded Jona Soquite of Team Sarah, who won inaugural season for teens in 2017.
