Team winners include Heart Salvador (Team Bamboo Mañalac), Cydel Gabutero (Team Lea Salonga), Isang Manlapaz (Team apl.de.ap) and Kendra Aguirre (Team Sarah Geronimo).

Each of the team winner will receive P500,000 and house and lot from Lessandra.

Due to the pandemic, The Voice Teens was pushed to shorten the season, deviating from the original format. The Top 12 artists advanced to the grand finals, removing the semi-finals round.

The winner of each team was determined by the four coaches themselves since there are no interactive viewer voting component and the show is prerecorded.
