MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Friday, June 26, the rescheduling of postponed June, July and August 2020 board exams in the year 2021.

The decision came amid the continuing threat of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

  • Veterinarians
  • Master Plumbers
  • Mechanical Engineers and Certified Plant Mechanics
  • Medical Technologists
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Physical Therapists
  • Sanitary Engineers

In the postponement of the licensure exams, PRC cited government imposed restrictions and other unforeseeable circumstances because of community quarantines and to ensure the health and safety of PRC examinees, Professional Regulatory Boards (PRBs) and examination personnel.

Specific schedule in 2021

PRC said that the specific dates of the new schedules will be posted on PRC’s website and official social media accounts.

Since March, all scheduled licensure exams were postponed as a precautionary measure of the government to prevent spread of deadly COVID-19.
