Teacher Paul Pascual couldn't hide his disbelief after one of his students had informed him that he will put a failing mark in his teacher's evaluation after receiving a failing grade in his subject.

The teacher shared a screenshot of the message sent by his student as well as his reply. Char!"

While it's not clear if the student said that only in jest, the teacher took the opportunity and turned the criticism into a life lesson.

Teacher Paul said he isn't scared of failing the evaluation at all. He said his measure of effectivity as a teacher is on how much effort he put into teaching his students.

The teacher replied, "I don't care. I still failed as a teacher.

He also noted how getting a failing mark was not the teacher's fault but the student's responsibility.

Teacher Paul said, "Take note, hindi kita binagsak. Binagsak mo ang sarili mo, by not complying and meeting the deadlines. Do not blame me. I'm more than willing to teach sa summer or magbackload ka sakin for free. So There."

The post has earned comments from netizens as it has gone viral with over 15,000 reactions and 14,000 shares since posting.
