Gazini said, "This experience has been so fun, kahit na ten days lang siya. I know that I did my best. I changed outfit four times a day. Iba-iba outfit every hour, ganoon."

She praised her "sisters" in the competition and also said South Africa Zozibini Tunzi deserved the crown.

Gazini said, “Well, what I learned from this batch, no matter what happens, if you win or not, you still have a sister in everyone. So that’s what I really love about everyone’s personality… everyone’s unique.”

“And I’m so happy [for] Zozibini," she added.

The Miss Philippines continued to thank those who helped her in her journey. Gazini said, "There are a lot of people who I want to thank for pero wala lang pong time ngayon. But anyway, but to all the Filipinos out there, maraming maraming salamat po. I hope I made you proud as I did my best in the international arena. It was nerve wracking but it was fulfilling at the same time."

Our very own Catriona Gray passed the Miss Universe crown to Miss South Africa Zozibini Tunzi.
