MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the November 2019 Midwife board exam is available on this page as officially released today, November 6, or in three (3) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the highest placers for November 2 and 3 Midwife board exams, conducted in various testing centers nationwide: Manila, All Regional Offices; Zamboanga.

In the same period last year, Excelsia Rebeka Maree Lobete Basco from Immaculate Conception College - Albay aced the board with 90.75%. Darlene Villanueva Mendoza from Brokenshire College - Socsksargen, Inc came in second spot with 90.30%.
In the November 2017 exams, Paul Mark Paz Pilar of Ilocos Sur Community College topped the board with 88.80%. It was followed by Joel Cadag Almoguerra of Masbate Collges, tied with Connie Jane Manlangit Convicto of Catanduanes State University - Virac, 88.65%.
In the November 2016 exams, Maribel Doroja Sabenia of Estenias Science Foundation School - Casiguran Sorsogon led the passers with 90.10%. Jona Rose Carolino dela Rosa of Great Plebeian College ranked second with 89.30%.
