FULL RESULT: October 2019 Psychometrician board exam list of passers, top 10

MANILA, Philippines – The October 2019 Psychometrician board exam results, together with the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools are released on Monday, November 4, 2019 or in four (4) working days after the last day of exam.

As announced, 6,800 out of 10,670 (63.73%) passed the exams.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the Psychometrician licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on October 27 and 28.


The members of the Board of Psychology who gave the licensure examination are Ms. Miriam P. Cue, Chairman (inhibited); Ms. Alexa P. Abrenica and Ms. Imelda Virginia G. Villar, Members.


From November 20-29 and December 2-6, 2019, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.


Psychometrician board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.

Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.


The two-day Psychometrician exam covered the following subjects: theories of personality, psychological assessment, abnormal psychology and industrial psychology.


According to PRC Resolution No. 1127 s. 2018, the target release of Psychometrician board exam results is on Monday, November 4 or in four (4) working days after the exam. However, results may be released ahead or on later date without prior notice.


In the same period last year, Psychometrician board results were released in six (6) working days. A total of 4,035 out of 8,453 passed the exams. Tracey dela Cruz from Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) - QC topped the board with 83.00%.

In the October 2017 exams, results were out in four(4) working days. PRC named 4,957 out of 8,701 who passed the exams. Caressa Lynn Aman Siglos of College of St. John - Roxas aced the board with 84.60%.

In the August 2016 licensure exam, results were announced online in three (3) working days. 3,690 out of 7,312 successfully passed the series of tests. Gilana Kim Tan Roxas from ADMU - QC topped the board with 85.60%.
