Lamasan made an announcement that as of September 3, "Hello, Love, Goodbye" had already earned a whopping total of ₱880,603,490 from both local and worldwide ticket sales.

It is now officially the highest grossing film in the history of Philippine cinema as it surpassed the previous number 1 film, "The Hows of Us", which had a gross earnings of P810 million according to Pep.ph.

For Kathryn, who was also the lead star in "The Hows Us," breaking her own record has confirmed her "Box-Office Queen" status. It also marked Cathy Garcia-Molina as a blockbuster director.

Kathryn said she is in still in awe and overwhelmed with how two of her most recent projects are blockbuster hits. She said, "Grabe, hindi ako makapaniwala.

'Yun 'yung the best reward," she added.
