MANILA, Philippines – President Rodrigo Roa Duterte reports to his 'boss', the Filipinos, today, July 22, 2019 for his fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA) at the Batasang Pambansa Complex in Quezon City.
President Duterte's SONA 2019 highlights major accomplishments and legacy of his administration for the remainder of his term.
The SONA proper started at exactly 5:15 in the afternoon and concluded at 6:49 pm or longer in the rehearsed 45-minute speech, due to some off-the-cuff remarks of the president.
