WATCH: Disney-themed Festival of Lights at Ayala Triangle Makati now open

MANILA, Philippines – Ayala Land has partnered with Walt Disney Company Philippines to bring the most spectacular holiday experience at the heart of the country’s premier business district.

Celebrate a magical bright Christmas with “Reimagine the Magic: A Festival of Lights” at the Ayala Triangle Gardens open daily from 6pm to 10pm staring November 9 to January 8, 2019.

On Friday, November 9, Makati City opened the much-awaited lights and sounds extravaganza at the Ayala Triangle Gardens. This is in time with Ayala Land's 30th anniversary and Mickey Mouse’s 90th birthday celebration.

“By weaving our well-loved soundtracks to Ayala Land’s festivities, we hope to bring magical moments to families and Disney fans of all ages. This forms part of our commitment to build lasting memories and powerful connections with Filipinos,” shared by the Country Head of The Walt Disney Company, Philippines, Veronica Cabalinan.


Reimagine the Magic: A Festival of Lights features a huge Mickey-shaped structure near the fountain area and twinkling lights dancing rhythmically to the tune of well-loved Disney songs and Filipino Christmas carols.

For a touch of Christmas nostalgia that is sure to delight the young and the young at heart, three medleys featuring Disney favorites will accompany the light display –from Disney Classics, Disney Princesses, and the film ‘Frozen’.



Lighting master Voltaire de Jesus once again creates the spellbinding experience this time with music that was skillfully arranged by composer Rony Fortich, who previously worked in Hong Kong Disneyland.

The Festival of Lights runs every 30 minutes from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. until January 8, 2019.
