MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the November 2018 Civil Engineer (CE) board exam is available on this page as officially released on Thursday, November 15, 2018 or in four (4) working days after the last day of examinations.
Jaydee Niere Lucero of University of the Philippines - Diliman (UPD) aced the board with 97.20% average grade.
Bicol University (BU) - Legazpi alum Norejun de Guzman Osial ranked second with 96.50%.
John Rey Moreno Pacturanan of Camarines Sur Polytechnic College (CSPC) - Nabua came in third spot with 94.45%.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the Civil Engineering licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on November 10 and 11, 2018.
