On Instagram, the Queen of All Media didn't mince her words to complain on the timing of Rated K’s TV feature on her former husband, James Yap. Posting a photo of her interview with President Rodrigo Duterte, Kris recalled the support she and her family extended to the Roxas’ during the last election campaign.

She wrote, “I have really had enough.

The TV host and personality added that she felt insulted because while she's fighting for her son’s rights, the TV feature seems to show James Yap as a “bida.”

Kris apologized to her brother, Noynoy Aquino and to Mar Roxas’ mother, who happens to be her godmother. She ended her post with a remark, “I apologize sa Kuya ko, humihingi rin ako ng paumanhin sa ninang ko na nanay ni Mar – pero klarong klaro sa 'kin kung bakit ang nanalong pangulo ay si Duterte.”

The episode which aired on Sunday, April 22 featured James Yap with his partner, Michela Cazzola.

Ona Lara Unico, associate producer of Rated K said that they had no intention to offend anyone. It took them one month to prepare for the said episode. He said, “Wala sa intensiyon namin na mang-inis.

Korina Sanchez has yet to issue her reaction on Kris’ tirade.

Kris hits James Yap over birthday greeting

Kris Aquino’s tirade over her ex-husband recently began after James Yap posted a birthday greeting for their son, Bimby. James posted, “Happy birthday Bimb! I miss you and think about you everyday. Alam ko na ang tagal na natin 'di nakapag-spend ng time (I know we have not spent much time) together, at di nagkikita (and we haven't seen each other), but I want you to know that I'm always here for you. I will always be your papa. I hope you enjoy your birthday."

The post irked Kris and called out James for his “half truths and hypocrisy.” She lashed out at her ex-husband for not defending Bimby when he was bashed and called “bakla” online.
