MANILA, Philippines - UPCAT 2018 results are out on Monday, April 30.
The University of the Philippines (UP) named the qualifiers of the entrance exam conducted on October 21-22, 2017 in at least 76 test centers nationwide. View on this page for C-F list of passers.
UP said that more than 103,000 applied to take the exams, out of whom more than 80,000 actually took the exams. Of these takers, some 14,000 will be accepted in UP’s eight constituent universities, for a passing rate of about 17 percent.

The UPCAT is a multiple-choice exam consists of 4 subtests: Language Proficiency (English and Filipino), Science, Math and Reading Comprehension (English and Filipino). Standardized UPCAT scores are combined with the weighted average of 3 years of high school final grades to determine the UP admission grade.
This year, UP will welcome the first batch of freshmen who will continue to university after the full implementation of Senior High School (SHS) as part of the K to 12 program.
