The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) officially announced on Friday that 1,790 out of 5,795 (30.89%) passed the Agriculturist board exam given by the Board of Agriculture in the cities of Manila, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Pagadian and Zamboanga this October 2016.

PRC has named University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) as the lone top performing school as per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010. UPLB got 96.83% or 122 out of 126 passed the licensure exam.
Meanwhile, graduates of Pampanga State Agricultural University-Pampanga and UPLB topped the board with identical 85.83-percent grade.
