The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) officially announced on Monday, April 18, the complete list of passers for April 2016 Real Estate Appraiser board exam. Brittany Aoas Sumagaysay, graduate of Saint Louis University (SLU) topped the 1,271 passers with 88.50 percent grade.

University of the East (UE)-Manila (Larrgie Carpio Lores), University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman (Serafin Tiamzon Omana Jr.) and Xavier University (Jeno Abcede Un) ranked second with identical 87.50 percent rating.
Meanwhile, Jessica Labucay Fariñas also from UP-Diliman grabbed the third spot with 87.00 percent grade.
The successful examinees who garnered the ten (10) highest places in the April 2016 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination are the following:
