PRC announces staff authorized to sign board exam results, records

MANILA, Philippines - The Professional Regulations Commission (PRC), an attached agency of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) officially announced on Monday its designation of two staff members that are authorized to certify and authenticate records of the results of board examinations.

In a notice advisory, PRC Chairman Florentino Carpio Doble said Olivia T. Llanes, Administrative Assistant I, and Leonilia S. Marasigan, Clerk IV, of the PRC Records Management Division, have been authorized to sign, certify, and authenticate board ratings, as well as records of passing, failure, and rank in the results of all PRC’s licensure examinations.

The notice, along with the specimen signatures and initials of the authorized Records Management Division staff, was issued by the Office of the PRC through Office Order No. 2015-302.

The PRC is responsible for the administration, implementation, and enforcement of policies on the regulation and licensing of various professions and occupations under its jurisdiction.The PRC regulates and supervises the practice of the professionals who constitute the manpower of the country.
