This is the message of Broadway Diva and 'The Voice of the Philippines' coach Lea Salonga on Twitter after the avid supporters of Maine 'Yaya Dub' Mendoza and Alden Richards known as the AlDub tandem react to her tweet about kababawan (shallowness) on Saturday, September 26.


UPDATE: When asked by a curious netizen, Salonga said it's just a general thing. "All this AlDub, Pabebe, etc., that's terrific. But then I wondered, that can't be all we aspire to."

"There's a room for deeper thinking. That's all," she added.

The Kapamilya star is referring to the popular AlDub from Eat Bulaga's Kalyeserye. On Saturday, as the loveteam met face to face on their second date, tweets poured on Twitterverse with 25 million final count.
