VIDEO: Max Kellerman gets flak for questions to Manny Pacquiao


MANILA, Philippines - HBO announcer Max Kellerman received criticisms online shortly after his post-fight interview with Filipino boxing icon Manny Pacquiao following the unanimous decision defeat against Floyd Mayweather Jr. at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday, May 2 (May 3 Manila time).

In the short video via Vine, Pacquiao told him that he thought he won the fight, and Kellerman asked a follow-up question with a tone of disbelief: "You thought you won the fight? Why?"

Pacquiao answered that Floyd "didn't do anything."

Max Kellerman immediately trended on micro-blogging site Twitter. Fans and personalities shared their sentiments over the alleged inappropriate interview of the HBO announcer.

Meanwhile, Kellerman defended himself and responded to criticisms from Pacquiao fans. Kellerman said he love Manny and just need to ask why he disagreed with the judges' decision.
