Clothing line company Bench officially unveiled today, July 15 the first set of workout videos called "Get This Body" from the newest Benchsetter Ellen Adarna.
Bench chose Ellen Adarna as they believed the sexy actress is the "sort of pinup who can pin you against a wall and have you screaming for mercy".
"Suited in BENCH BODY and some of the brand’s more athletic pieces, Adarna demonstrates how you get a hot bod like hers.", Bench said.
In the videos, Adarna is doing some martial arts and exercises such as 'Jumprope', 'Plyometrics' and 'Kickboxing'.
