POEA announces 9th EPS-TOPIK exam 2013 list of qualified applicants, test venue

Manila - Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) announces today the list of qualified applicants and test venue for 9th EPS-TOPIK (Employment Permit System - Test of Proficiency in Korean) exam to be conducted on August 11, 2013 in the cities of Manila, La Union, Cebu and Davao.

EPS-TOPIK exam is administered by Human Resources Development Services of Korea (HRD Korea) with the cooperation of POEA and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

It aims to regulate employment in Korea with all the passers of the test are allowed to submit application form for EPS.

POEA said that all applicants of 9th EPS-TOPIK can only choose 'Manufacturing' for the selection of industry type.

All of the questions in the exam are to be taken from closed question bank based on “The Standard Textbook for EPS-TOPIK. Passers (for each industry) will be selected based on the test result (from the top scorer) among those who scored more than 80 points (Full score: 200 points).

Important: POEA said that announcement of test results of 9th EPS-TOPIK is on August 23 (Friday), 2013. Exam results will be available in DOLE, POEA, EPS Korea, EPS-TOPIK websites. TheSummitExpress will also post on this site copy of the official results.
