Sony created a software that does it all with just a few clicks through PC Companion or Bridge for Mac. Xperia Transfer is made for the sole purpose to make it ridiculously easy to get all that personal stuff off your old iPhone and onto a shiny new Xperia smartphone.
PC Companion is a collection of tools and applications you can use when you connect your device to a computer. Read more here for the system requirements and know how to download Bridge for MAC.
Make sure to back up your content in iTunes then connect your device and open the Transfer Wizard. when done correctly, transfer of files will be seamless.
Note that it only works with the following devices: Xperia V (LT25), Xperia VC, Xperia TX (LT29), Xperia T (LT30), Xperia TL (LT30), Xperia T (LT30), Xperia Z, Xperia ZL, Xperia ZQ.
