PRC and the Board for Master Plumbers conducted the licensure exam in Manila, Baguio and Iloilo on February 9 and 10 (Sunday and Monday).

In the February 2018 licensure exams, Edmond Intac Rocamora of the University of the Philippines (UP) - Los Baños aced the board with 81.80%. It was followed by Wilbert Guinto Hernandez of Bulacan State University (BSU) - Malolos garnering a close rating of 81.80%.
In the February 2017 exams, Carlo Ray Rivera Selabao of UP-Diliman topped the board with 83.40%. Khyla Marielle Paguio Caldo of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila ranked second with 83.00%.
