The ‘GrabFood Mom’ went viral after someone saw her standing and holding a baby outside a McDonald’s outlet in Bangsar, a suburb in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. A man could be seen arranging food inside the GrabFood bag set on the chair at the store.

Netizens are calling this woman a hero for managing to juggle her work with much-needed bonding time with her baby.

It turned out that the husband, Mohamad Hafifi, is actually the one who is working as GrabFood driver. But his wife and kids tagged along one night when he was at home and his customer ordered McDonald’s food. Since his family was also craving for McDonald’s that night, he decided to bring them along for a treat.

“Coincidentally, my kid wanted ice cream and my wife wanted to get McDonald’s as well, so I brought them along to pick up the customer’s order,” Hafifi told FreeMalaysiaToday.

It was while he was arranging the food for his customer that the netizen snapped the picture, assuming that his wife is the one working as GrabFood driver and that he’s just assisting her.

Hafifi has been working with Grab for 6 months, but as side income. He added that he works two jobs to best provide for the needs of his wife and two children.

After taking the customer’s order at the store, Hafifi first sent them home before heading to the address so his customer won’t be surprised that he’s bringing his entire family along to make the delivery. It was also a good thing that the customer’s house is just near their home.
