"The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), as an agency in-charge in the implementation and enforcement of the regulatory laws and policies of the country with respect to the licensing of the various regulated professions, makes NO representation to any review materials made available for purposes of PRC administered licensure examination."

PRC also debunked any links with any vendor or seller of review materials even they are close to their office.

"The vendors/sellers of review materials, particularly those that are situated close to PRC office premises are not affiliated or connected with the Professional Regulatory Boards or the PRC or its officials and employees. Their proximity to PRC office premises does not establish their credibility as vendors/sellers of said review materials."

The agency emphasized that they are continuously undertaking actions to impose prohibition on making review materials available for sale, especially those that are proximate to PRC office premises.
