MANILA, Philippines – President Rodrigo Roa Duterte's fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA) full text or transcript is expected to be translated in Filipino language as delivered today, July 22, 2019 at the Batasang Pambansa Complex in Quezon City.

Known as "President's Report to the People", the full text of the 2019 SONA will be posted immediately after he has spoken in front of 3,000 lawmakers and guests at the Plenary Hall.

UPDATE: The actual full text of president's speech is already available online here.

The annual ceremony will start at 3:30 p.m. (arrival of the president). Duterte's speech delivery is around 4:00 p.m.
