LIVE STREAM: Philippines vs Qatar 2019 FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers

MANILA, Philippines – The country's national team Gilas Pilipinas will try to bounce back after the consecutive losses in the 2019 FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers. The national team will face Team Qatar in a closed-door match on Monday, September 17, 2018 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. Watch the game on livestream here.

Philippines dropped to 4-3 overall or third place in Group F but the national players remain upbeat and determined to get back to the winning streak.

Gilas suffered 73-81 loss to Asian powerhouse Iran Thursday evening and to Australia, 89-53, in the third window last July.

Meanwhile, Gilas Pilipinas' final 12 for Qatar was announced on Saturday. The team is bringing back Matthew Wright and Japeth Aguilar as they are no longer suspended by FIBA following the Gilas-Boomers brawl.

Joining the national team are are Beau Belga, Alex Cabagnot, Paul Lee, JP Erram, Marcio Lassiter, Gabe Norwood, Ian Sangalang, Asi Taulava, and Scottie Thompson.

Stanley Pringle will be the designated naturalized player for the Qatar game in lieu of Christian Standhardinger, who did most in the game against Iran.

Tip-off time is 7:00 pm.
