MANILA, Philippines - After six weeks of live semi-finals, the complete list of twelve grand finalists of the fifth season of "Pilipinas Got Talent" (PGT5) were named during the live results night at Resorts World Manila on Sunday, May 15.
Singing hearthrob Kurt Philip Espiritu was the eleventh finalist after garnering 54.64 percent of viewers' votes, automatically sending him to the grand finals.

Dance group Power Impact Dancers (PID), on the other hand, earned a spot in the finals after the deadlock against mud artist Percival Denolo.
Based on franchise rules, the second highest in the public voting will win in case of tie on judges' votes. PID got 15.05 while Denolo garnered 13.79-percent of the votes.
