MANILA, Philippines - The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers for February 2018 Mechanical Engineer (ME) and Certified Plant Mechanics (CPM) board exam is available on this page as officially released on Friday, March 2, 2018 or in three (3) working days after the exam.
Kelvin Mendoza Macatangay from Batangas State University (BatSU) - Alangilan campus aced the board with 88.75%.
It was followed by Kyle Darryl Tan Aguilar of De La Salle University (DLSU) - Manila with 88.35%.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the highest placers for February 26 and 27 mechanical engineer board exam, which was conducted in various testing centers nationwide: Manila, Baguio and Cebu.

In previous examinations, PRC did not release the list of topnotchers for CPM except for September 2015 in which one school produced highest placer.
In the same period last year, University of Cebu in Lapulapu and Mandaue alum Brylle Pahimutang Gilbuena topped the ME board with 88.10%.
In March 2016, University of Cebu (UC) graduates got the top 2 highest spots in the mechanical engineering board exam.
In March 2015, Batangas State University (BatSU) alum ranked first and second, respectively, with two more graduates obtaining spots in the top 10.
