The Barangay Ginebra Kings are seeking for a historic title repeat while the Meralco Bolts are hoping to fight for another day in the crucial Game 6 of the 2017 PBA Governors Cup best-of-seven championship Finals tonight, October 25 at the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan.

The Gin Kings who have won a total of 9 championships have never scored a title repeat. This time, the team promised to put a new leaf on the their francise history.

Ginebra coach Tim Cone admitted they took advantage of their familiarity of the arena while the Best Player of the Conference Greg Slaughter said they get their inspiration from the crowd, "It's truly a blessing to be here and play before the fans."

Meralco coach Norman Black hopes to get more from his starters to keep their rally alive.

"I wish we could get a lot more out of our starters. I hope we get better contributions from Baser Amer and Chris Newsome," Black said in a report from PBA website.

Game time is set at 7:30 p.m.
