NAPOLCOM opens April 2017 Online Exam Application System (OLEASS)

MANILA, Philippines - The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) opened the Online Exam Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) for April 23, 2017 PNP Entrance and promotional exam. Check out on this page for the schedule, application forms, requirements and full announcement.

UPDATE: October 2017 NAPOLCOM OLEASS online exam application scheduling system activated

The PNP ENTRANCE EXAMINATION is open to all Filipino citizens who meet the age, height and educational requirements. Check out the full requirements/qualifications here.

The PROMOTIONAL EXAMINATIONS are open exclusively to all qualified uniformed members of the PNP who meet the minimum qualification standards for examination in terms of rank and eligibility. View full details of requirements/qualifications here.

Same with the previous years, NAPOLCOM uses online system to schedule registration of applicants.

The period of online application scheduling for PNP Entrance exam is on January 30 to February 3, 2017. NAPOLCOM OLEASS page will be available at 12 noon on January 30 onwards.

Meanwhile, online exam application for promotional examination is open from February 6 to 10, 2017 for Police Officer (PO); February 13-17, 2017 for Senior Police Officer (SPO), Police Inspector and Superintendent.

How to use the OLEASS?

1. Log on the NAPOLCOM official website www.napolcom.gov.ph or directly visit www.napolcom-oleass.com and fill out mandatory fields, as follows:

  • Examination Title (for promotional exam)
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Extension Name
  • Middle Name
  • Home Address
  • Cellphone No.
  • E-mail Address
  • Present Rank (for promotional exam)

Additional mandatory fields to be filled out by the Entrance Exam Applicants:
  • Gender
  • Height
  • Age
  • Birthday
  • Course Completed

2. Applicant then hit SUBMIT after filling out the mandatory fields. A CONFIRMATION will appear if registration was successful. lf not, the process should be repeated.

3. Hit the PRINT CONFIRMATION LETTER button flashed on the screen to print confirmation letter.

NOTE: The Examination Center where the applicant shall take the Entrance Examination is automaticalty assigned by the computer system based on the permanent/home address provided by the applicant.

Applicants will personally appear at the NAPOLCOM Regional Office on the date assigned to them, with their printed on-line confirmation letter and other required documents, for further evaluation.

The commission added that only applicants with a confirmed scheduled appointment with reference number shall be entertained.

"The regional office reserves the right to limit the number of examinees it will accommodate. Acceptance of applications shall be on a "first-come, first-served" basis and, upon due notice, may be stopped even ahead of the deadline," NAPOLCOM added.

Where to get application forms and index cards

Application Forms (NAPOLCOM Form 1-A) and lndex Cards can be obtained for FREE at any NAPOLCOM Regional Office nationwide, or may be downloaded from the NAPOLCOM website at www.napolcom.gov.ph. These may also be REPRODUCED using the original size of the Application Form and lndex Card.

What to bring when filing (requirements)

1. Printed letter-reply with corresponding reference number confirming the scheduled appointment.

2. An Application Form (NAPOLCOM Form 1-A) and lndex Card, duly accomplished by the applicant and two (2) recent and identical 1" x 1" lD pictures (in color) with white background and complete name tag (indicate rank before the first, middle and last names, if PNP member).

3. Police Examination Fee: Four Hundred Pesos (P400.00)

4. One (1) legal-size window envelope with Seventeen Pesos (P17.00) worth of mailing stamps.

5. Transcript of Scholastic Record (with Special Order issued by CHED) and Diploma from CHED-accredited schools, state universities and colleges.

6. Birth Certificate (BC) in Security Paper issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) or Certified True Copy (CTC) of BC issued by the Local Civil Registrar (LCR) and duly authenticated by PSA.

7. For a PO1 with temporary appointment, a certified true copy of Attested Appointment, Plantilla Appointment or Special Order.
