Top performing schools, performance of schools CPA board exam October 2016

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday morning, October 20, that 5,249 out of 14,390 (36.48%) passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) board exam given by the Board of Accountancy in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Tacloban this October 2016.

PRC has named University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman as the no. 1 top performing school for the recent CPA board exam as per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010. UPD got 100-percent passing rate or 69 examinees successfully hurdled the series of tests.

RELATED RESULTS

University of Santo Tomas (UST) ranked second with 90.72-percent or 352 out of 388 passed the exam.

De La Salle University (DLSU)-Manila, Ateneo de Zamboanga, Bicol University-Daraga and Far Eastern University (FEU)-Manila are among the top schools for having 88.66%, 87.14%, 84.93% and 82.35%, respectively.
