VIDEO: Romeo Espino belts out 'Hesus' on The Voice Kids Season 2

MANILA, Philippines – Romeo Espino performed Alamid hit song "Hesus" during the pilot episode of the blind auditions of ABS-CBN's top-rating and Twitter-trending singing reality show 'The Voice Kids' Season 2 Philippines aired on Saturday, June 6, 2015.

The 9-year old kid from Tondo, Manila impressed the judges Sarah Geronimo and Bamboo Mañalac. Espino picked Team Bamboo.

"Ang gusto ko sa boses mo, parang anghel at ang boses mo ay natural," Coach Bamboo said.

The coaches opened the show as they sang "Start of Something New" from the High School Musical.

As in the first season, each coach must complete 18 kiddie artists for their teams by the end of the Blind Auditions.

The new season follows the format of the second regular edition of The Voice Philippines which consists of Battles, Sing-offs and Live Shows.
