The Voice of the Philippines Grand Finale was a stiff competition between Team Sarah’s Jason Dy, Team Bamboo’s Rence Rapanot, Team Apl's Alisah Bonaobra and Team Lea’s Leah Patricio.

Jason and Alisah got the highest accumulated number of votes from the four sets of performances, 40.09% and 22.72% in no particular order for the duet/trio song, solo song, solo number of dramatic song and the duet with their coach.

Same with the previous season, the '1 vote per SIM' was implemented. After every set of performance, the said rule was applied. Results of the votes were revealed on Sunday, where the final two artists had to perform in a final showdown.
